At Life Coaching Global, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services that empower individuals to reach their full potential. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Coaching Session Refunds:

• Refunds are available for canceled sessions if the cancellation request is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund, but may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

• No-shows, defined as clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, will not be refunded or rescheduled.

2. Coaching Packages & Programs:

• If you purchase a coaching package or program, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been used.

• If a package has been partially used, a pro-rated refund may be issued based on remaining sessions, minus an administrative fee of 10%.

• No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date.

3. Digital Products & Online Courses:

• Digital downloads, workbooks, and online courses are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

• If you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

4. Special Events & Workshops:

• Refunds for workshops and live events are available if canceled at least 7 days before the event.

• Cancellations within 7 days of the event may be eligible for a 50% refund or a credit towards a future event.

• No refunds will be given for missed events.

5. Exceptional Circumstances:

• Refund requests due to medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Supporting documentation may be required for approval.

6. Refund Processing:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.

• Any transaction fees incurred during the original purchase may be deducted from the refund amount.
